This hotel offers uniquely designed rooms and excellent service. The staff consistently provides very good service at every point from the door to the restaurant. My room was great, and the pool and spa area were very nice. I also really enjoyed the breakfast provided each morning.

The hotel is walkable to the city center, but I would have slightly preferred if the hotel was closer.

The beautiful double room features pastel walls and woodland animals inside the wardrobe creating a unique style. It includes a clean, fancy bed and high-quality creams and soaps are available in the bathroom enhancing the guest experience. The room size was lovely.

Fairytale Stay!

I found the hotel decor beautiful with an Alice in Wonderland theme. The hotel restaurant surprised me with innovative and delicious food. Its presentation was exquisite, and service was perfect. The location is excellent, very close to the city center (a short walk!).

The air conditioning turned on and off throughout the night. This woke us up and kept us awake so I couldn't get a good sleep. I think it's something they should really improve.

The hotel's location proved convenient. A short walk led to the shopping gallery and opera house. guest services were helpful, especially since it was my first time in the area. the on-site restaurant added to the convenience.

The hotel added a discretionary tip to the bill. I thought this was unexpected. the charge was meant to be optional, but i felt it was mandatory. the handling felt careless.

the staff showed much kindness. at check-in, i received an upgrade to the executive room, what a delight! breakfast provided good choices, including some vegan options, so i have something to eat as a plant-based eater.

i was a bit disappointed. the gym is small and only have 4 machines. my room had velux windows with blinds that let sunlight in from early morning, made sleep difficult.
